He called me last night to let me know what had happened and that he had filed a police report but couldn't get a hold of the mother because she was working.The mother works all hours and the boys are being looked after by their teenage sister.My question is: Is any of this my responsibility?

I put out on average 10 signs per week in my city and they get taken down all the time, mostly from teenagers or city workers.

My and my two teenage sons did kitchen bath and living room in one unit in about 4 hours.

Granted, they never met my teenage daughters when provided with a 100 gallon hot water heater...

I'm not totally green to the life of a landlord, as I have managed my dad's 4plex property since I was a teenager.

Also she told our PM that she was divorced with 2 teenage children.
