You know how some states barely raise an eyebrow when you swap out one investment property for another?

They were just barely decent investments.

How would they get to any of these subsurface rights with 1/8th acre lots and barely 20 feet in any direction between any houses and any roads. 

Houses in Memphis will barely be worth more than they are now 20 years from now, so you have to hope to have a good solid cash flow to make it make sense.So I would say really take a look at your business and see what opportunities there you'd be foregoing by investing in RE. 

Hey @Cameron Wells so the tiny homes on wheels are not real property, they are essentially RV's.What I would find out is what the property is worth bare.

However, it seems risky to own a property that you would barely break even on each month in the case of an unexpected emergency.

I've barely spoken to this person, so I cant believe they are going this route.

Because there was barely any cheap product and I had buyers looking for this type of product.

**I did not add a management fee in there, but if you do even at $1500.00 your top end you are barely getting by....

Your bare minimum eviction in NY State is 6 months, but that would be best case scenario.
