Just this year I had a longtime foundation contractor get into some trouble and never came back to do the slab so I could start framing.

It reminds me of the Charles Schwab study - their best performing retail investment accounts were from dead people that never closed out the account.

All I have is a money market account and though I set up my schwab accounts and vanguard before we moved I never invested a single note into any yet because of my lacking knowledge.
