The amount of ideologically inspired nonsense online is mind-boggling. 

I've been running the numbers on different properties using a variety of online calculators for properties that I initially thought looked like there may be potential.

I have never heard of this metric and don't see any information on it online.

If it is a emotional support dog (basically a pet with papers they buy online, mostly to find a way to get a pet into a rental), ask for documentation from a local medical professional (NOT anything online).
