What can go wrong, how to prevent those things from going wrong in a JV and tips for ways to solve those problems when they do go wrong.As a JV money partner, those are the most important issues.

I do not set up TV, internet, or phone for tenants. 

Be easier to have a rental with 10 doors all in same location than 5 scatter site rentals.

We have a small payment left on the contract which I am withholding until completion.We did have to get permits and the city inspector has added work at every inspection so that has caused distractions (necessary ones) along the way.Our visit to site today was more of the same, I immediately reached out to the GC with photos of every space - interior and exterior - asking how they can claim we will be done in a week when we are clearly not that close. 

I live in socal so the price of entry to buy is very high and I noticed very saturated market here.Is manage remotely for not too big of self storage is too hard or too much trouble vs be on site?
