I would be pressing the owner for that!  

I know it feels like something when you see it on TV and self-proud activists want to bleat about bringing down bud-lite, but the total loss isn't even one percent of their annual revenue, which was about $58 billion (yes, with a "B").

If the property has multiple meters they're most likely going to see it as an investment property and I think you're going to  be hard pressed to find one doing 5% down.

If I remember correctly it was something like the developer had a press conference and said if we don't pass this second vote we'll have no choice but to put in a Top Golf. 

They will be fully furnished including some small items like towels soap and shampoo. each room will have a mini fridge desk closet on suite bathroom and chair and TV.
