recently heard that this area has a community developed, called Pradera Oaks (CR51/CANNON RD, Bonney, TX 77583), developed by Wan Bridge, advertised as affordable and has a big rent market and has the potential to appreciation.

If trimmed, are you looking at solid finish Oak or basic 1x trim to paint?

It's a cute little 2bed/2bath on bluff mountain and it's performing better than I could have imagined.  

Then some tenants you can bluff and will send you the rent and you credit towards your interest payments.. others wont they are afraid of being evicted.

The comp across street which Oak Summit Shopping Center is a Walmart Supercenter shadow anchored retail center and they have 1,200 SF for lease in the $21SF range4.
