I'm serious about scaling and finding financing to eventually close on my first deal (I've found a few cool deals in Myrtle Beach SC and Melbourne FL but I obviously don't qualify for any loan or mortgage because I don't have enough established credit).

I moved from Framingham, Massachusetts to Melbourne, FL just a month ago!

I am from Melbourne Australia so struggling a little to comprehend the different housing market down here in OZ.

I hear about all this 100% financing which is something I am trying to grasp my head around slowly, as Australian Properties (in Melbourne) are a little ridiculous.
