Journalists are in the business of SELLING NEWS.I have a friend that used to work higher up in a news broadcasting company and you could take a news story and be manipulated or positioned 100's of ways depending on how the network wanted to position it to be received by the public.China has about 1.4 BILLION plus people yet infection is only showing about 80,000 cases.

As far as wholesaling goes... build up a list of investors you can send broadcast emails to with properties you have acquired.

If you continue to broadcast it to your tenants and the world that 10% is something you can easily afford doing without then you set bad precedent. 

The problem with covid-19 is not the virus pandemic, but rather the fear pandemic, the hyper fear mongery  being continuously, and persistently broadcast by most (if not all) news outlets.

Broadcaster were broadcasting both analog and digital until February of 2009, so even old TV were working up until 11 years ago.

I don't have many routers, but I have the cable modem/router in every house.Can the Universal Wireless Adaptor be connected to the Netgear modem/router and have it broadcast the signal?

There has not been a single broadcast that has not provided me value or that I felt was a waste of my time.
