Stessa's accounting is great and their interface is user friendly, including their app! 

I have been using Avail for the tenant interface side of things (marketing, rent collection, etc.) and using Stessa for my accounting and record keeping.

We are now investing in an advanced CRM that will interface with our PM software for even more customization and automation - including hiring a specific expert to implement it for us.It will be a painful learning curve - short-term pain, for long-term gain.Suggest you make your list as you learn on the fly about what various softwares offer.Check these out: Buildium, Doorloop, Appfolio and Rentvine.Take your time, because switching is another painful task:(

General rule is that you may get some things like improved general software interfaces, more experienced professionals (some people get REALLY specialized in certain topics, it's crazy to see sometimes) Also, the option that if you do have something unexpected come up, they might have more staff capable of handling it so you wouldn't have to move around at all.

CPA's still have to interface with people and get/keep clients, i.e. your sales desire. 

Surely there would be some way to interface directly with the medical schools.

Once in the app it looks just like any other Cable TV interface. 

How are you using the skip trace method within the interface? 

1: If I was in charge of creating the app I would implement AI to get more information on properties and determine comps.2: I would completely redesign the GUI(Graphical User Interface) because even the website could be improved it looks like someone with little experience created it which was smart to do in the beginning but now you guys have more money it’s time to upgrade.

The issue I find is that when I go to list my units, which are clean and moderately upgraded apartments in Little Havana and Allapattah I literally have 70 applicants in 24hrs via facebook marketplace or through the apartment rental platform my property management software interfaces with (like Apartments.com etc).So when I have 70 people lining up with first, last and deposit with no other middleman or agency impeding the process or requiring inspections or causing delays or requesting additional paperwork be filled out where is my incentive to go the section 8 route?
