If you’re open to exploring outside the Bay Area, markets like Milwaukee, Chicago, and parts of Indiana offer strong potential for flips and rentals.

Just keeps the bottom feeders at bay for a little while..

I am down in the Tampa Bay area!!! 

Many of my investors who buy in Austin are specifically from the Bay Area.

I came back to the Bay Area to sky high prices.  

I live in California, this is a bay area property.were not looking to move out of state and house hacking is less palatable when a duplex costs 1.6 million.

If someone is paying cash or putting down 50%, it would "cash flow" better - there are investors in the Bay Area that have a lot of capital, not usually a first time investor that pay cash.

Tax savings are amazing and I have utilized cost segs myself, but you also have an opportunity to make an amazing return on your money in the Tampa Bay market.
