You may have a grasp on this aspect, but there are items to consider that can play a big factor when choosing your land such as topography, existing zoning & platted lot status, minimum/maximum requirements such as parking, detention, size of building, setbacks.  

Sounds like your stereotyping and truthfully we don’t see much of that, so I think your grasping at straws to sound like you know what your talking about, when you unlike us, do not specialize in Section 8.

My agent helped a lot when I was just a regular buyer but could hardly grasp the concepts or details/numbers in investing.

By the time those who have finally grasped a good handle on finances, 50 years have gone by.

As I mentioned this idea of land flipping has got my attention, I just need to get a grasp of the basics. 

I thought Bigger pockets was about knowledge and information but I guess for you it's about passing judgement without truly grasping the context.   

To truly grasp this market, you must jump in or draw on the expertise of those with firsthand experience.

A lot of my clients will do their first 2-3 flips as ones they sell off to have a healthy grasp on projects and a large pool of cash to work with.

I've been practicing by analyzing 1 deal per day and I have a very general grasp on all the factors that must be taken into account and the process, but I wanted to know what everybody else does first and how they identify a good deal before they do a deeper dive.
