M is for murder, or so the traders say. 

Both are short-term positions as I am a trader of those instruments.

They'll keep hitting you with these fees until you catch on to the scam and then you'll call one day and their phinenumber will be disconnected.  100%  legit money is simply wired or forex exchange.. this has scam written all over it.

If you are true investor whether it's stock market or real estate, you need to look long term to really reap rewards until you are momentum investor or day trader or seasonal REI. 

I feel like I’ve stumbled into the secret garden, or an amusement park for adults who buy, sell and trade real estate, services, knowledge and so much more.

For ex in the early part of my research I completely avoided a zipcode , with her inputs , I was able to understand that there are couple of pretty good blocks . 

If someone like Aldi/Trader Joes dropped in around 40 and broadway and a few savvy Airbnb pioneers were willing to set up near stitsel weller and Michters who are working on bourbon trail tourism now, then it could happen but everyone’s betting on that Nulu, Smoketown and Shelby park corridor right now.

@Liam Thomas I also share your interests in ecommerce, social marketing, and have been an active crypto investor/trader for over a year. 

He has built relationships with other traders and has access to more deals than we have capital for.

And they just built a brand new packing house, with trader joes, and sprouts.
