Especially for things like population growth/decline, economic trends etc.And what things do you recommend checking when trying to decide whether a location is a good place to invest.

Our economic system has inflation, which favors the banks, baked into the system.

I don't really want to invest in a D-class area.Tangentially, what are some of your "it's time to sell this property" red lines when it comes to the changing economic conditions of an area? 

I think we all get fatigued from time to time, and I think it's worse when things are "slow" because of economics or demographics or whatever.
