Unless Egypt is helping you, double your rehab time frame & budget.

A few weeks at a time, my longest trip of late was 4 weeks to Egypt but I have nothing specific planned at the moment. 

If you close without having a property manager in place, without knowing the area, and more importantly without a clear title or title company, then might I suggest you can buy some forest land in Egypt as well?

Seminole Heights is creeping both North and East, so I'd look a little bit more in either Egypt Lake-Leto or Ybor if rental property appeals to you.

It took about another 30 minutes I believe.I am looking to setup an LLC in Egypt and is probably going to take months and cost thousands of dollars.

My experience tells me that people in England and Europe invest overseas lots in places like Egypt, Tunisia, etc, so you could always go on U.K. websites to see where they are flocking to.

I have decorated on a budge my whole life and have furnished a VRBO in southern IL at the Lake of Egypt on a shoestring. 

I've seen some of their work, not pretty and wealthy Germans go to England, Egypt, India, here, where ever there are no German doctors....least use to be.....come to think of it, that's really a socialist and communist thing to do, limit people's rights to recovery for damages and have a protected class/profession!
