Hi Everyone, If I only have tenant's birthday, driver license number, and phone number, can I still have a collection agency to help me to collect the delinquent rent?

Before Space-X the US was reliant on Russian rockets and the Russian space agency.

I am only free to say that I have been advised to turn the matter over to the proper authorities, which I have done and there is more than one agency currently looking at the matter.

@Donald Hatter We send the information to a collection agency who attempts to recover the money; after they make several attempts they place it on their credit report. 

I have already been to the title agency here too.

Think of them like quazi employment agencies. 

.- The holder of a work permit does effectively become a tax resident as far as the CRA (Canadian Revenue Agency) is concerned at which point they will qualify for certain things such as purchase a house without being considered as the foreign buyer; hence, foreign ban hammer not weighing on them.

Having dual licenses, loan origination and real estate, has got me involved in most parts of the investment transaction.  

Which this is basically what I do now and immediately block and report.I really wish I knew where they got my cell phone number from...as attached to my rentals.. as I'd tell that agency to stop selling my data!  

So yes I don't willingly giving up control to a sluggish governmental agency haha
