Who is fully vetted, qualified as above, is first, IMHO.We also give them a 3-day time period for signing (we do most leases by e-sign, so there really should be no reason for delay).

Oils will definitely be a key product especially with all the vape pens and ecigs where you don’t need a giant setup to be able to have stronger concentrates.Think that still bodes well for the warehouse sector though because you’ll have to manufacture it somehow and at scale you’ll need bigger machines

I am waiting to vocalize my intentions until we are inside the 90 day time limit she has to renew, which is 13 days prior to my closing but I would need to get an agreement in place prior to closing.
