I decided to take a break over the summer, but during that time I was training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (one of my long time passions) more often, and my gym asked me to teach the kids program.

The apartment in Brazil will not product much cash flow considering the conversion ratio from Brazilian Real to U.S.

Even though I use a property management company, it doesn’t make you immune to the drama.When I have the time, I train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Brown Belt now), exercise or travel mostly to California or Northern Arizona with my family.My goal is to one day be on the BP podcast!

Aside from real estate, I'm very much into submission grappling (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu / BJJ) and also really like cars, specifically small, fast, German ones.
