(Modern, Traditional, Craftsman, Ranch, or?)

I love old craftsman homes, but the idea of buying one for rehab purposes is crazy, there is so much that can be going on behind the plaster and shiplap that it can drive you into the poorhouse.

Both neighborhoods are comprised of craftsman bungalow homes constructed between 1909 and the early 1940's.

I suspect in many areas of the country with homes prices where they are at... most everything would be classified as C class... at least half of most cities. what I am thinking about is areas of Milwuakee and Detroit  were maybe not deemed C class but no way you could rebuild those beautiful early century craftsman in todays dollars for what you can buy them for today and tomorrow and probably forever more.

It will look like a California Craftsman when its finished.The photo below is a hybrid.

Everyone is aware of the distressed properties from the recession but not many people realized the distressed craftsman that became available and were looking for opportunity.From the partner selection forward, everything functions just as a large corporate entity.

Its an almost all original 1925 craftsman bungalow.
