I got a bottle of champagne and had a little party to celebrate... seriously, I did.The problem is that he let the propane tank run empty and didn't heat the house properly, so now there's a water leak from frozen pipes.

Thought about if listed before target date (since you save carrying costs) Finding cheaper sources for products, and of course selling above your target price (pop the champagne) Best advice I have seen is pay for labor whether a partners or a sub, set interest for those with invest the cash to help level those investments.
