@Rhonda WilsonThey are not too nice - most of the items chosen were chosen due to quality and indestructability - (from hardwood cabinets with solid boxes (no mdf so much more prone to resist water damage), prehung doors with solid oak jambs to resist damage or if they were damaged they are repairable vs engineered wood most folks put in etc - and I bought all of it for very good prices, sometimes for the same or less than the poor quality products or just mere dollars more - hard woods much more resistant to damage except for my one cabinet door and I know how it broke - I actually hypothesized it may happen when I did the kitchen layout due to how a door opens but did not think I'd find anyone dumb enough to make it happen.
Account Closed Business Plan ETC.

Choose something standard, that most investors use and your CPA clears as a good idea, such as a single member or partnership LLC for a buy-and-hold, and then focus on making money. So many things about your life and financial situation can and will change between now and your hypothesized "exit" that coming up with an elaborate "exit strategy" strikes me as a waste of time, time that should be spent figuring out how to run & profit from the investment instead. If you absolutely must come up with an "exit strategy", to check off that box or something, then my recommendation would be that it should be something so simple that you can write it on a napkin or in one reasonably-sized paragraph (3 or 4 short sentences max).

Here are some general thoughts and ideas on where things could go...I read an interesting paper last year put out by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) that hypothesized that the national debt can pretty much grow infinitely without destabilizing the economy or ever causing a fiscal collapse.
