I'm too young to have a heart attack but that's what I just went through dealing with NREIG. 

It's unfortunate you took my advice as an attack on you or a defense of PMC's in general.There are a LOT of bad PMC's and I have no problem calling them out.But, I also have no problem holding owners responsible for their poor hiring decisions.We've only heard your side of the story and I've learned many hard lessons from jumping to conclusions with only half the story.Best of luck to you:)

Ironically, the bleeding hearts attacked me as cruel and mean when what I was saying is it will be cruel and mean ultimately to these very people.. 

I will never attack you in public like you do us and will never shame you for the disparaging things you say.I encourage you to refocus your attention on improving your products so your students can succeed instead of trying to tear down others around you.

I have 3 clients willing to buy: they are highly focused on specific buildings (and line) they want, and are watching the market to attack potential distressed owners and grab the best deal.Hope it gives the perspective, even if it's only focused on Miami, that is one of the hottest market nation-wide and some dynamics that are very local (i.e. latin-american buyers buying cash to take $ out of their country) I think a lot of this data for miami is wrong. it's not a buyers market or even close to a buyer''s market.

We used out seed money to get set up with some education, set up our office, our computer software (deal analyzer, rehab evaluator) signs, cards, joining local REIA, etc.But again it depends on what your plan of attack is.
