Hello guys, i am planning to move out to San Antonio at the end of the month and i dont have a place to live in yet but i have the ambition to not only purchase a home for my family and i but also purchase property that i can hold then rent out for cashflow and appreciation this year of possible.

In my opinion too strong ambition is equal to too much stress, I still need to start sleep early at 8:30pm, I tell my boss if I were in your position, I can't sleep, and his health is very deteriorating, it's not worthed I guess depends on one ambition.b) How Real estate can affect health, in other thread I told one time that I have to fight squatter, this is the biggest stress in my life, because of this I would not invest in certain area.c) However, once I invested in Hawaii, my stress level went to zero LOL.
