Additional Thought - Would a line of credit/heloc against the equity be a possibility?

- Would you be willing to sell a portion of your stocks to pull out some funds, OR, can you get a line of credit against your stock portfolio? 

Any recommendations for institutions that can extend a line of credit backed by a whole life policy?  

I’m looking at private lending to flippers with a line of credit or using a line of credit to put a down payment on a new cash flowing property (which is extremely hard for me to find right now) but with a line of credit as a down payment I would be financing a new property at 100% at unfavorable rates.

It is basically taking your mortgage loan and having a 1st lien on it and it’s essentially a line of credit on your mortgage but your checking account and your mortgage is one.

My friend got a line of credit on on a couple of his properties.

Hello BP network,Does anyone have a line a reliable property management company in Macon, GA?

I currently have 5 properties; 7 units. (1 office building, 2 duplexes, and 2 single family homes) I am currently pulling a line of credit out of my office building and will be using that to purchase a 6th property.

I used a couple 401k loans, a line of credit from a random local bank and a few 0% interest for a year credit card loans.

If I'm crossing a line here I'll definitely stop.
