Usually the further south the water table and restrictive layer drops to a point you can accomodate trench systems and avoid expensive fill and grading unless your soil is ledgy or really sucks.I do wonder why you can't use a grandfather clause and do an in kind system to replace your existing system. 

60 is a long way from being infirm, but having said that anyone can become disabled and ask for reasonable accomodation. 

I believe Matt Faircloth lost about $750,000 on one of his investment properties.It sounds obvious but it's easy to get caught up.Nathan i could be wrong but I think Matt's loss was a crooked 1031 exchange accomodator in FLA.. here is our procedure as we send wires pretty much daily 1 to 5 wires go out.

We've blocked our calendar and haven't been taking any bookings but we were accepting bookings at our regular rate for 1 guest (my houses accomodate 8 guests) and I asked the guests to confirm that they were essential workers.As it always happens, some guests lied and also lied about how many people they were bringing.

You might have to upgrade your disconnect to accomodate but after that your could meter your heating bill away which might be a decent amount up in Maine. 

Don't get me wrong - the job we were doing there at the time was absolutely vital, but the accomodations were nice.Long story short (too late, right?)

We will be alternating locations as well as days every month to help accomodate people from other areas of Metro Detroit and SE Michigan.

It's actual a duplex that has been set up as a bit of a rooming house with separate accomodations, but not technically suites in the lower halves, as the standard stove has been replaced with a hot plate, etc..

From what I've heard, in our area builders tend to be much more accomodating when it comes to VA buyers.I'm soooooo glad you addressed the 1%, 2% and 50% rules.  

I'm thinking about leasing it to companies for consultants accomodation or executive stay.
