I have a 12-unit building and after going through a lot of leak checks, my PM and I have come to the conclusion that a tenant or tenants are wasting water - to the tune of 5,000 gallons a day (a normal day is around 800).

We  dont know if we are closing on the 1st of the month or the 30th of the month so we don't know if we are collecting 1 day of interest or 30 days of interest.
