The idea of higher velocity capital is really appealing, and I myself feel the drug of money-raining-motivated action, but I believe that with patience, diligence, mentoring, and action I can get what I want. 

It's like the junk drawer component of a budget.When tackling large amounts of debt, could this be a great opportunity to use velocity banking while attacking the debt?

But I paid cash for the lot  so 160k lot purchase 160k net profit less than a year.. so if you can get velocity and you have the crews to do velocity ( which can be tough) your 30k on 100k I would take every day of the week plus your escape plan is solid you can always rent that stuff and cash flow if needed..  

If you are looking to replace all of your income in 5 years you will need an aggressive strategy that would probably involve the BRRRR method to keep the velocity of your money or short term rentals where you can get a lot of cash flow and appreciation.

@Joe Villeneuve you're a busy guy so I'll save you some time crafting your response, yes I know it is not the optimum way invest for pure return, yes, I know it slows down the velocity of my capital, yes I know I could get better pure yield if I did what you did.

There is velocity of the air and also the temp of the air.

We're simply not getting the money velocity that uncle Ben wants.
