Raccoons, squirrels and any animal that can invade an attic space can leave behind terrible urine smells.  

If you have major reservations about it then decide on another city.As Brandon says on the podcast "Squirrel!

The corn attracts pigeons, starlings, sparrows and squirrels. 

At first you are going to be a dog in a field of squirrels.

Examples: (1) HOA may choose to restrict the number of units that can be rented; owner occupier rate is a key factor in qualifying for FHA financing, (2) assessments, these happen whenever there is a major unplanned repair needed (like a roof replacement) the HOA decides what the payment will be and (3) your assessment is accurate, condos in general appreciate much more slowly than single family properties.  

They even complained on one that the local chipmunks and squirrels had eaten their plants in the garden (complete with photos of chewed plants) - and the remedy they sought for each of these filings was termination of the lease.

I once got a call because there were squirrels in the attic and one had chewed through the ceiling and fell on a tenant while she was working in the kitchen:)

Feeding cats or squirrels is one thing, but feeding dangerous animals like racoons, or possums? 

Just a thought, is it possible you have squirrels or rats in the walls or roof? 

Reminded them they couldn't hunt squirrels or birds on the premises (didn't mention the neighbors obnoxious dog
