You have  sub-standard and low in come on the left, then it rises up to functional tenants, at the median point you have lifestyle tenenats and then it drops down to luxuty and ultra luxury with very low volumes.Functional tenants are those who just need certain functions for the cheapest amount, lets say 3 bedrooms and a garage.
