If you are setting aside funds for capex, taxes, insurance, or other expenses that don't occur monthly, transfer those funds to Savings each month and hold them there until it's time to spend them.

Net sales price is the sales price less closing costs like agent commission, escrow fees, transfer tax, and recording fees.

Just had notice of one that was invalidated because the tax records were never updated when transfer deeds were filed.

I coordinated the investor, the contractor, and the project manager, providing oversight on the budget.

It was a good deal and all I had to do was coordinate the investor and contractor while providing oversight.
