I don't know anyone personally in Topeka, but the banks I'd suggest you reach out to first are CrossFirst, CoreFirst, and Emprise.

Your argument would suggest that if I bring home $2k/month in cash flow from a rental property in LA (where I live), that's a good deal, even though I probably had to put $2M cash into it initially.

Can I beat inflation.Paying off a mortgage does none of those things.I'd suggest if you are able to pay off a mortgage, you instead use it to buy another "cash flowing" property.
