Do you prefer any other skip tracing company?

There was usually breakfast, lunch, and dinner served in the dinig room for those who wanted to attend and socialize.That being said there was a kitchen and staff that prepared food for every resident.

I missed breakfast this morning and have food on my mind. 

I’d offer more more money before skipping an inspection, if it’s the sale you’re worried about.

@Remy Bonser if you can qualify for a loan on your own, I would say skip partnering with a friend.

I am new starting out in wholesaling and I’m curious to some of the skip tracing methods that can be used when looking to contact owners from your list of potential sellers.

If you want to get your RE license and skip straight to a full time career, apartments may make more sense. 

If you plan to keep all the units for awhile you could skip the split process and expense and just add units if that is allowed.

I can already see my local area as a comfrot zone that I dont want to be stuck in, so doing things in a virtual way and traveling wont bother me and I am a hop skip and a jump from a lot of places. 

Ten years ago 100$ a door worked  in non appreciating or areas with historic pricing that really never moves  IE local investors all back into the deals the same.. 100. a door never really worked.. you one bad turnover or a few months skipped rent or eviction from going negative.. and if there is no upward movement in value and I mean REAL appreciation not just 3% a year on 50k home  that's a whopping 1,500  which you would never realize.
