@MikeLambert thanks for all the insight on Tulum I love the town and would like to purchase A condo For myself don’t care if it doesn’t make much money but obviously would like a great location I am a dual citizen and want own property in MexicoI probably won’t stay there much if at all I just love to buy real estate one of my addictions 😂Searched online There are so many developments from $100k - $200k would be my comfort level if any of you guys have recommendations on location would appreciate it

Do not think you can just start an investment company with 15k (that is reserves only on one property).Work for the next couple of years while you all learn and use your skills to help build the foundation of a future company and leverage your relationship with the alumni to see some of his properties and learn.

Try to reduce the number of problems you can think of to a manageable level, or instead of a 5 bedroom place maybe go a little smaller with a 4 or 3 bedroom that is generally more manageable and not pack people in like sardines.
