I think communication seems to be the issue here especially with your comment on how the PM is unresponsive.

VRBO does not seem to do the same guest verification or background checks as Airbnb and you have to opt in to Damage Protection (insurance or deposit) which I've read can detract people from booking.

That would result in both a transfer of cash and associated journal entries.If my LLC doesn't have a bank account and I've been tracking its assets in my accounting ledgers only, moving money for the sake of moving money would seem strange (and suspicious). 

All of my landlords we have using Azibo and they all seem to like it and haven't had complaints in over two years from them or from the tenants.

And via the clustering we are utilizing green-space in a communal manner thus reducing foot-print of that BUT retaining such perception as each unit has walkout to what seems a BIG green space.

Seems penny-wise and pound foolish.

Is the market truly as promising as it seems, or are things over saturation?

I tend to agree that selling seems like a good option, especially since your rental income will not give you a good yield on current property valuation.Did you live in the rental as primary before?
