The biggest scam is someone will post your house on CL for a much lower price and thentry to have prospective tenants send money to them.

I think there should be a group of people like my self who post all the loans that that have closed with private lenders and post all the scam artists so that we will know the good ones from the bad ones.

I'm not sure how the option problem was explained to you, so it's hard to say if it's a scam.

It was a scam and worked for a while but they eventually disappeared.
