This is such an important topic I wish to ask this:  even if the animal threatens the health of a neighbor or roommate via severe allergies or asthma?

We had room mates and lived rent free for several years until we sold the home and moved.  

From what others have posted, lenders aren't going to count "roommate income".  

I have to perform a roommate switch out in one of my properties.  

I am aware that is no where near enough money but I do have my brother who is willing to be my private lender if I need him for a down payment, and as for my monthly bills/expenses I will have a roommate who will be cutting these payments in half.

Recently, the lock for my apartment door broke and me and my roommate had to hire a Locksmith who drilled thru the lock.

She lived at school her first semester last year, but was paying $400 monthly for a shared apt with messy roommates.  

That is what my lender told me to do--get a friend who could act as a roommate but help by cosigning.

I'll be renting out one side and living in the other with 2 room mates (each paying $500/ month).
