James Wise no we never opened it but we were gonna do a menu with everything under 500 calories using low fat sauces, low fat cheeses and high protein/low fat meats, etc. great idea but have no clue about the restaurant business think I will just stick to real estate!

If all totally goes to hell: we have a house, candles, wood stove, wood, food, and well for water.Others may not be able to put that all together, but they can buy some extra canned goods or pasta or cereal or rice, etc..I also have some concerns that food prices will go sky high.

I bought raw land (abandoned rice fields) and planted 50,000 tissue culture seedlings and hired a field manager. 

Learn what is important in your market (for example, rice cookers are essential in Hawaii) and what is not important (fancy Espresso machine - not so much).  

Is it fair for people who bought a McMansion they couldn't afford to go back to 2% for 5 years when another family eats beans and rice for the next decade to pay on their loan at 8%?

Breakfast got a lot of complaints for the lack of protein but it was still fresh and delicious.Sponsors were awesome!

The original crops were rice patties, and there are many creeks and bayous that OVERFLOW with a good storm. 

I eat Ramen noodles and Spanish Rice everyday.

Tim read the response i posted to jawsette but lets just do a bried overview, the products that supported america when it was brand new tobacco, rice, indigo, sugar, then later cotton in the south who worked the fields to grow those crops.
