Im going to have to pay for Private Investigators to simply research this because Renter's Warehouse won't answer questions or respond to requests. 

They have always been quick to respond.

Some will be myopic with their advice, sharing what worked for them, without considering your unique challenges.Others, have already responded and showed they didn't read/understand your post, so their advice is almost worthless:(Another challenge will be making sure you expectations are realistic.

Yes usually they only respond or reach out to you via email if they are actively trying to place someone in your area.
