Well this weekend, as I was scraping paint, repainting cabinets and doing many other laborious tasks, I looked at the shower and thought that I should replace it (there was something stuck to it but otherwise it looks new) but just then @Brandon Turner said, "Don't fall in love with your rentals..." and went on to talk about not doing unnecessary fixes and replacements in rentals.
