not picking on your post in particular, but I'm observing a downtrend in quality on BP of late.

It all comes down to the quality of deal you're able to find and the team you're able to build.In Columbus, OH, you'd be able to pick up a turnkey property in a good location for under $250k and would likely see some nice appreciation as well with all that'sd going on here.

If I were forced to pick, I’d lean towards purchasing two properties to diversify and spread the risk while potentially increasing your overall cash flow.

I suspect the odds that the wholesaler did not misrepresent anything is fairly small.if your wholesaler is picking up the legal costs to pursue this so that you are only going to be out the time value of your earnest money, I think I would just sit back and see how this plays out.  

But after holding it through, rents picked up, and he ended up in a much stronger position than if he had sold early.Pat
