I came up with 50-60 names if I remember right 4) "Scored" that list as to who I would want to work with the most 5) Told everyone what we were doing in real estate as 'casual conversation' as they might have an interest - or know someone who would. 6) Off of that 'short list' my top 5 were all in the world of business or finance of some type (small business person, CFO of large company, Finance Professor, retiree who did very well for themselves, etc....

i currently purchased a 8 bedroom home with a down stairs in law suite of 2 bedrooms, living room, full bathroom, and kitchen plus a separate entrance. my plan is to vacation rent the in law suite to the summer little league baseball teams who come for the 12 week summer training camps down the road and during the school year to lease to college professors from the local state university where my wife teaches.

My thought is there may be some adequate appeal here being a college town with some major corporations and hospitals thus, lots of potential with students, professors, corporate staff, nurses, etc.

Then when you get much outside that area then it gets bad fast.Either place might be able to also rent to medical staff, visiting professors and such....but on Furnished Finder I see a lot of backlash.
