For the historic district, I would just make sure that you fully understand what requires approval and what that process looks like.

I've entertained in the past but usually the person bails and stops communicating during the process. 

(Tedious process)Unlike my other properties, where most applicants meet the criteria and need to see the unit to decide if they like it, this particular unit appeals to almost everyone (In this demographic)—but many fail to meet the qualification requirements.

Most cities will have a process to unlock the lots..

I know it's not an easy process so I'm happy to help however I can.  

I understand the process as follows:Step A: wholesaler places property under contract.

That did help me get a clearer picture of the full process.
