However, typically on a SFR remodel your architect can do the engineering or at the very least use the prescriptive analysis out of the IRC.

I'd say metro-market maybe vs west-coast...where relocation services are more prevalent due to scale, cost of living is high, where physicians move families, and where nurses travel in groups for fun locations.
