I’ve had disputes in the winter about snow being thrown on there side of the driveway, garbage pickup, had a neighbor try to install a fence on the lot line making access impossible for our tenant.Legally there may be a dedicated (recorded) easement or a prescriptive easement where the neighbor must allow you access to your property.
