I started an article sometime back about whether or not people should do prenuptial agreements.

I'm not sure why this is happening, but I seem to be getting a lot more people who want to cancel and get full refunds in the 11th, 12th or 13th hour than ever before.I found the hard "no" led to headaches so I switched to, "if it is rebooked, I will give you a refund."

And then (or step 1 if you already own.) find a friend/relative/co-worker, or two you like to rent a room from you. 2 people paying $750/mo each is pretty close to your goal in one step.If you rent or the thing you own is too small to do that get your friend to help you fix up a “dump” you can get cheap but feel comfortable living in day 1.

I wanted to see what other people were using to set up their security deposit accounts? 

Also Mid-Term Rentals to traveling professionals, people displaced for insurance reasons, or doing a renovation to their home and needing a place to live for  3 months or more are also possibilities.

People in 1979 were angry that prices tripled in half a decade.

Interested to see what people say.

Real estate is transactional where people are involved so it won't be a black and white answer.The best to do is to find an agent that fits your needs and guide you through the process.

I hope people get the point that you worked hard to earn the $2 mil and invested it wisely, you didn’t just get rich overnight from real estate.

For most people a house hack is a great start.
