People are moving to North Port because of its lower-than-average crime rate, Peaceful neighborhoods and It is safer than the majority of the country and is in the 78th percentile for safety, making it a terrific choice for families.

I think we are going to start with the first one and understand more the environment and all the details.

That is true, but is it the best in this current environment?

I rather sleep peacefully at night. 

In fact in this inflationary environment and rising rates, your pool of buyers may be smaller by the time your project is completed. 

You may also want to pack up any valuables and store them away safely (especially for the rooms without cameras) for peace of mind during future showings.All the best to you on your home sale!

I sleep good and have peace with my properties paid off, yes I’d like to have 400 doors , but it doesn’t line up with my personality and priorities.  

This revitalization has created a dynamic urban environment that appeals to young professionals, families, and retirees alike. 

These are just the ones I am more familiar with.I still like AZ, but will probably eventually retire elsewhere as you start to feel dried out with the lack of water in the environment over time.
