What about if the original LLC has a fully paid off house in its name?

Recently, she has decided to paint our property without our permission as well.We are having issues locating the original lease agreement with section 8 because our dad got diagnosed with dementia last year.

Weeks later, you'll find the original check was no good, and you'll be out the money you sent them.  

So I basically buy move in ready deals that fell through on financing, frustrated seller, make them a quick no-contingency offer and close at their original date (or close to) - best I can do right now.

All, at most, have had minimal fees - $500 for origination, etc.I closed a cash out refi this past week at a miserable 8.25%.

That new part of Chicago near Schaumburg is great...I am pretty familiar with it because I am originally from Elgin.I know personally that I create undesired stress by taking on too much too fast.
