I have used my PM's staff at Property services of Ocean View for several remodels on rental properties. 

There are many predictions that blue collar and white collar are on the verge of a major flip and it’s just obvious by numbers.

They own in a place that is known for mold and moisture due to the proximity to the ocean.

When looking in the Kansas City area I would strongly suggest towns called Raytown, Independence, Blue Springs, North Kansas City (up and coming trendy area) and some areas within the City.

This a little southwest of Irvington.It looks like a blue collar area when driving around.Any concerns or cautions here?

@Kyle Marek I think that depending on where you are (close to the rail lines in SD, ocean, downtown) you could do much better renting by the night than by the month.

CUTE and in good shape 3 BR Cape Cod (aka bungalow to Detroit folk)  I want to paint it a lovely colonial blue with white trim.
