In my opinion these are far more onerous to a landlord. 48 hours to accept the offer of a tenancy- Outrageous. 72 hours for supplemental information requested by the landlord!

The fees that you pay for a 401k don't buy you anything so why not have life insurance while you build your retirement for the same amount of money.Dmitriy Fomichenko I was saying that since it's only 20k that he should consider taking the tax hit now because he could make that same 20k work better in the IUL and all the earnings will be tax free.This strategy is not for everyone but I just wanted to share what my husband and I have decided to do to supplement our retirement.

It does not make scenes for a landlord to intentionally lose money by supplementing a tenants below market rent, It does not matter if they are a good tenant or not.
