Now days you don't buy a deal you make the deal either with how you operate the property, how you finance the property, or how you purchase the property.

Now, you can get some wholesalers but they usually don't know if the property will fit the requirements and regulations but you can learn that from the Realtor.

(About year ago).she was silent during this time and when I closed the property, I renewed her lease for 2 years (a year and 4 months remaining).Now , she claims that she has been sick with all her children due to the mold issue.
