Sounds like you are getting ready to ramp up and take your business up a few notches!

Typically they don't work on flips but if you can get in with them they do top notch work and are professional.

We deal with canna real estate in California and have done helped many others with lease, purchases, joint ventures, etc. it’s a very notch market and if serious about the cannabis joint venture I’d be happy to give you some pointers moving forward.

Also, would be awesome to attend one of those sorts of classes in the future if there are any in the Aurora/Denver area soon.All in all, it looks like I'm going to have to step up my hustle a notch to get to where I want to be.

I know many of the members personally to be intelligent, honest folks who will truly help their fellow investors be smart about things, but I felt like the group I attended was the epitome of the word "frenzy" portrayed in my picture above.The education appears to be top-notch, but the MLM recruiting structure does bad things to the members and the prospective members--it sucks in people who probably shouldn't be in real estate, and for the members it turns all their friends into targets, LOL. 

Make sure you’re marketing materials are top notch ie. pictures, video, staging!
